Challenge
Each department maintained its own spreadsheets, so no two reports agreed and monthly reporting took over a week to assemble.
Solution
We mapped the source systems, built an incremental ingestion layer, modelled conformed dimensions and metrics, and published tested dashboards with clear ownership.
Results
Reporting moved from manual assembly to automated refresh, and definitions for core metrics are now documented and shared.
