Overview
An end-to-end data platform that ingests streaming sensor telemetry, trains failure-prediction models and surfaces prioritised maintenance actions to engineering teams.
Challenge
Maintenance was reactive. Failures were discovered after they had already stopped production, and telemetry was collected but never used.
Solution
We built a streaming ingestion pipeline, engineered features from historical failure events, and trained gradient-boosted and sequence models validated against held-out incidents. Predictions feed a simple operations dashboard.
Results
Maintenance planners now receive ranked risk alerts days ahead of failure, and telemetry that was previously discarded is retained as a reusable data asset.
